Public education is essential to our democracy—what are the stakes for both in this current moment? And how does the First Amendment fit in? Hear from our guest Derek Black, author of Schoolhouse Burning, who will discuss threats to public education and his analysis of the education trends taking place just as we’re experiencing new democratic erosion in our country.

Our discussion will be moderated by Dr. Bryan Warnick, OSU professor and Chair of the Department of Educational Studies.
