Members of LWV of Wayne County will be located near the entrance to Lowry Student Center at the College of Wooster on Tuesday, September 9 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, along with representatives from the League of Women Voters of Ohio, to register college students and help them request absentee ballots.
