On Thursday Feb. 23rd at 7pm the LWVWC will be sponsoring ALICE training. ALICE training teaches us what to do in a active shooter situation. ALICE stands for alert, lockdown, inform, counter and evacuate. LT Lemmon from the Wooster Police department will be the speaker and I know that you will find this program quite informative. I have taken the training and was amazed at what I learned. The program will be held at the Wayne County Public Library. Please plan on attending and on bringing family, friends, neighbors etc. We would like a good turnout for this event. This program is open to the public.
